COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your child's development whilst in our care or any concerns regarding our policies please speak to the Nursery manager or our regulator, the Care Inspectorate whose details are as follows:

• filling in our online form
• calling them on 0345 600 9527 between 09:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
• emailing them at concerns@careinspectorate.gov.scot
