TOILETRIES

Quality brand nappies, wipes and creams are included in the price. Our strict hygiene policies dictate that our staff will always use     disposable gloves whilst changing children to preclude any possibility of infection or illness.
 

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

A folder containing all of our policies and procedures will accompany us to every venue. However, should you require a copy of these prior to your event, please do not hesitate to contact us.

STAFF

Our Creche services are registered with the Care Inspectorate in accordance with the National Care Standards for Early Education and Childcare, which includes meeting the required childcare ratio,     providing a safe and secure environment with all of our staff having Enhanced Disclosure/PVG Checks by the Criminal Record Office who will verify, via the Police National Computer, that they have been deemed a fit person to care for your child.
 
Staff are all either qualified or working towards their relevant childcare qualification. A qualified First Aider will always be part of the childcare team at events. All staff will hold a food hygiene and Child Protection Certificate.

Les Enfants aim to promote good behaviour. Children will be    encouraged to:
 
Show kindness and consideration towards other children and staff.
Care for their environment—looking after toys, books and equipment amd follow simple instructions
 
In the case of children with behavioural difficulties we will       discuss the management of the child with parents.
 

COLLECTION

Les Enfants Nurseries Events Ltd operates a wristband policy. All children will wear a wristband with our logo and telephone number. This band will have a serial number and the parent will be given a ticket with a corresponding serial number for security. Children will be signed in and out of the crèche. Children will only be released into the care of their parent/carer.
